Amazon QR Code & Happy Returns Not Accepted

Ship California cannot process Amazon QR code returns or Happy Returns. We can accept UPS return packages with a valid, printed UPS shipping label attached.

Ship California is a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet, but we are not an authorized processing location for Amazon QR code returns or Happy Returns. These programs require special scanning systems and participation agreements that we do not have.

We cannot process

Amazon QR code returns or Happy Returns that require a QR code to be scanned and processed through a participating return program.

We can accept

UPS return packages that are properly packaged and already have a valid, printed UPS shipping label attached.

Why the difference? QR-based return programs must be taken to a location that participates in that specific program and can process the return code. UPS tells customers using a mobile QR code to bring the item to the location specified in their return instructions, while Happy Returns directs shoppers to participating Return Bar or The UPS Store locations.
